Steps done before using the cheat:
Make Sure You’re Running Discord Overlay As Enabled. Here Is How To:
-Run Discord as Administrator!
-Go to discord settings and click on OVERLAY, and Enable in-game overlay.
-Check also at GAME ACTIVITY that Fortnite overlay ingame is ACTIVE.

Move the loader from your desktop. Open it and wait few seconds.

A window should appear and from here, select the game Fortnite on the list and finally activate your key. The time will be added.
Close the loader once you finish this.

Open the loader once again, Select Fortnite and now you will notice that there’s a new button active now that says Launch Cheat. Click it to start the injection process. The loader should close by itself after a couple of seconds.

Open Epic Games as an administrator and from the platform, Open Fortnite.

If everything worked fine, when you reach the lobby and joined Battle Royale, press F2 and the menu should appear on the left side of the screen. Operate with the options by clicking the menu. To open/close the menu use the button HOME.
