Not only is the product amazing I was stoked when I received a call in the afternoon on Christmas Eve that I had a package for me. I had placed the order after hours on the 22nd and had the product with all the specs I wanted the afternoon of the 24th. Made for one hell of a holiday and was so great I've told friends and even my boss is gonna buy a new sager laptop. Thanks, sorry for the delayed posting Hectic work month. But I haven't forgotten.

The customer service at PC torque was great. They answered any and all questions I confronted them with very promptly (as in the same day I asked them through email). As if that's not enough, I actually called them initially to inquire about a sale and a human being actually picked up the phone rather than an automated machine. The order I placed was promptly acted upon and they had my custom Sager 5793 completed and shipped in under two days time after they received the order. For those who are better with numbers, I placed the order on 02/10/09 and received a confirmation email immediately after and a confirmation PHONE CALL TO MY HOME a few hours after the order had been processed. I just received a shipping confirmation telling me that the notebook will arrive on 02/18/09 (I opted for standard shipping). I am uber excited to get my Sager notebook and am very pleased with PC Torque's service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a gaming PC that costs as much as it is actually worth as apposed to Dell or Alienware who charge an arm and a leg. Thanks PC Torque! The online configurations system is very clean and straightforward, allowing me to easily test different configurations with a wide array of options. After submitting the order there were some issues with my credit card companies anti-fraud authorization and the people at PCTorque provided excellent support on a Saturday, even until late evening. Once the order went through it did take several days to get shipping confirmation, but this is very understandable with the proximity to the holidays. This is my second notebook order from PCTorque and i have been very happy on both occasions.
PC Torque was really excellent! They've got top-notch systems for a great price, and they're great to work with. I'll be giving them all the word-of-mouth advertisement I can.
What really sold me was when I realized I made a mistake in choosing my base system. My order had already been assembled, and scheduled to ship that evening, but their sales department had the order canceled, and we worked out the configuration and pricing together. They're great with promptly calling back when they say they will! I have one additional technical note I would like to submit in writing to PCTorque. Nvidia releases Linux-compatible 2D/3D drivers for their video cards, but SiS (Silicon Integrated Systems Corp.) has not. This was the problem in my initial order. I hope that PCTorque passes this information along to Sager who can work toward convincing SiS that they are losing sales as a result.
Excellent service and support. I would let PC Torque sacrifice my children to a pagan god. The customer service was superior to Dell, or any other company. For example, the price of my laptop dropped while i was waiting for it to ship and the price was refunded to my credit card. Emails are answered in hours not days, and phone calls are frequent letting you know the status of your order. The only thing that could make them better is if my order shipped with a monkey butler. Maybe one day...A+++ Thanks!
I've ordered from PC Torque before, and have had nothing but stellar service from this crew! I've dealt with their support department, and they were very prompt with answering any questions I had. Sager makes wonderful laptops, and I wouldn't pick any other place to get my NP8660 from than PC Torque!

Excellent items, paired with excellent service. There was an offer for free shipping that I noticed after I ordered, so I called, and after 2 rings a REAL PERSON answered the phone!!! The customer service at PCTORQUE was top-notch. They took the time to answer all of my questions and to help me choose the best laptop for my needs. Shipping was quick and my laptop arrived well packed and in fine working order. My 5797 with duo core processor will run Crysis at max resolution and high settings with no problems at all.
Good service from PC Torque on my order of a Sager NP 5796. I had a question about the shipping charge, which they promptly responded to and resolved. The system arrived exactly one week from the day I placed the order, the fastest response I've had on any laptop I've ever ordered. Fantastic.
Absolutely amazing service! I bought my laptop on the 29th with an Echeck and as soon as it cleared it was shipped out. The day after I ordered it I received a conformation call from customer support, it was a real person, not a robot, on a SUNDAY roughly 14 hours after I ordered! Then on Tuesday when it shipped I received another call from the same person to inform me everything was going great. The laptop itself was amazingly cheap for what I got (would have easily been 700 bucks more anywhere else, believe me I checked). Even before I ordered I had talked to customer support about the laptop and they helped me with every question I had, they really knew about the thing which was really impressive, a lot of tech supports talk as if they've never even used a computer before! Ordered a fairly high end gaming laptop from PCTorque on Nov 11th. A day or two later, they called and told me that the item was backordered but that it would ship by the end of the month. I was emailed by a member of their staff about a week later and told that it had come back into stock earlier than anticipated and they were expediting shipping. Arrived and it was just what I wanted. Incredibly well built, well performing and attractive. It's a bit louder than I would like doing simple things like web browsing, where a loud cooling fan kicks on and off repeatedly; an option to keep it running continuously at a lower rpm would be nice. All in all, I'm very satisfied and would recommend PCTorque to anyone looking for a gaming laptop.
Ordered the laptop for my brother in India. Had a few questions which Jason from PCTorque was happy to answer and was quite knowledgeable. He walked me through making the payment via PayPal. The laptop shipped late on the 10th, received it on the 14th. Everything is as ordered, no dead pixels, laptop works well. Enjoyed dealing with PCTorque.
I was very happy with the service that PC Torque provided. I was able to get my order processed and shipped much sooner than other companies I've ordered from. I give PC Torque a 5 out of 5 rating. PC Torque IS SIMPLY THE BEST IN THIS BUSINESS!!! I purchased a Sager2096 notebook from pctorque.com and I am glad that I did. They were out of the basic screen, so instead of making pay for the upgraded version, it was given to me for free. My order was processed quickly and the laptop was shipped out promptly. I had an issue with one credit card maxing and another getting denied. They were patient and courteous, waiting for me to get my finances situated. They did not charge me or delay the processing of my notebook because of it.

The laptop I ordered came in perfect condition in vary prompt timing (only one week from time of order). The laptop was exactly as advertised. Ordering (via telephone) was quick and vary easy. I highly recommend PC torque. Also, before ordering I had a few questions and the on-line customer support was vary friendly and knowledgeable.
Prompt professional service. They extended my warranty after the price dropped $100 prior to shipping. Shipped in about a week and arrived in excellent condition. I bought my Sager 9262 two weeks ago from PC Torque and could not say more about this company.
Every time I called them, a real person answered the phone and I didn’t get any automated messages.
While the notebook was expensive, PC Torque had it for the lowest price. I love the 8gb of ram,
even though Vista only recognizes 6.8. Jason at PC Torque was especially helpful and answered all
my questions with patience and care. I felt like a celebrity being pampered with his knowledge and

After spending hours checking prices of different companies, I finally found PC Torque. Not only
did they give me the lowest price on the Sager 5796, but their service was exceptional. I got a call
from Dave in their billing department minutes after I placed my order online. I was going to call
them anyway but probably would have forgotten to if they didn’t call me. Then I got another call
when they received my check, another call when it cleared, another one when my notebook shipped,
and another call a few days after my laptop arrived. Even I was stunned! Of course I did have minor
questions and problems along the way, but the people there always got back to me and resolved any

Before ordering from PC Torque, I wasn’t sure whether to go with them since I had never bought from
them before. So I decided to call them a few times and try out their sales staff and customer service
to see if they were up to par. Well I can definitely tell you that they passed my test. I ended up
buying the Sager 5793 since there was a promotion for it. I didn’t order the first time I called them
and not once did they pressure me into the sale or ask me when I was going to finally purchase. Their
patience was incredible! So I called 3 days later to order and I can tell you that I haven’t regretted
a thing with them. If you’re looking for a gaming notebook at a decent price then go with PC Torque.
I really wanted to order one of PC Torque’s 17 inch notebooks but didn’t want to carry around such a
big machine every day. I called PC Torque and explained my dilemma to them. Their sales Rep Howie
helped me configure a Sager 8660 machine that was almost as powerful as the Sager 9262. It was a
great combination of portability and power. All my gaming notebooks will be from PC Torque from here
on.
I bought the Sager 7680 via check from PC Torque. While I was amazed at the price, I was also amazed
to know PC Torque started building my laptop even before my check cleared. That kind of trust for
customers like myself places PC Torque at the top of my list. I give them an A++.
The Sager 9262 was a must have for me. The ordering process with PC Torque was quick and awesome.
After I received my notebook I had some trouble starting it and running BIOS. I called Sager for help
and tried to solve the problem but it was taking them a while to solve my problem, not to mention the
language barrier. I called PC Torque and Jason there was a gem! He placed a 3 way call with Sager and
me on the line and really got things moving for me! It was nice to know there was someone else I could
turn to in the midst of my problem. You will receive my business again!
Gaming and 3d applications are the only reason I wanted to buy a high end gaming notebook
(it’s my down time while at the Univ. of Michigan). My initial idea was to purchase from a local
store here in Ann Arbor or Detroit to avoid unnecessary shipping charges. PC Torque came to the
rescue…offering me free UPS shipping on one of their heaviest laptops, the Sager 5796. Not only d
id I save $50 but I also got a $25.00 coupon off of my future purchases. In fact, the representative
told me the coupon was fully transferable so I gave it to my cousin who also went on to order from PCT. If you want to deal with professionals who know how to keep their customers happy, PCT is your choice. I know it’ll be mine.
Being that I live in California, I was in a real tough position when ordering my Sager 8660.
I originally ordered my notebook from one of the other Sager resellers and I was automatically
charged a whopping $276.54 in sales tax! Then I came across PC Torque and realized they had a
California reverse shipping program where I was able to have my notebook first shipped from Sager
to their NY offices and then to me. That’s an extra $276 in my pocket that’s going to better use
(filling my gas tank ?).
I ordered a Sager 7220 notebook from PC Torque as a gift for my granddaughter. I wasn’t sure if it
was going to arrive in time so I called PC Torque and Dave there was able to contact Sager and push
them to put a rush on my order. The laptop arrived just in time for her birthday, just 2 days after
I had ordered it! Not bad for a custom made laptop. Will definitely contact again for my future
gift giving needs!
Being that I’m in the military, I needed something to keep me busy when I wasn’t in combat. I love
gaming so I ordered the Sager 9262 from PC Torque. I was thrilled when they told me they could ship
to my army base in Baghdad. I have recommended PC Torque to all my military buddies and everyone in

Several weeks back I ordered a Sager 5796 from PC Torque. Everything was great when I ordered and so was the laptop. My husband unfortunately lost his job and PC Torque was more than understanding and immediately issued me a call tag to return my laptop. They didn’t hassle me or barrage me with questions and I received my refund the same day they got my laptop back. Although I didn’t end up keeping their laptop, their sales and service was beyond superb. I will definitely go with PC Torque once the economy picks up!
My office manager asked me to purchase several custom made notebooks from a reliable vendor at the lowest price. In the middle of my searches, I came across PC Torque and noticed they had quantity discounts. We purchased 5 Sager 9262 machines at a bargain when I compared PC Torque’s price to other Sager resellers. PC Torque was the only company that appreciated the fact that I was buying more than just 1 or 2 systems. You bet, I’m satisfied with them!
I wanted to try something different on my laptop this time. Although I had happily ordered from PC Torque in the past, I noticed their new notebook skin designs. I sent them a graphic with the colors and designs I wanted on a Suede Skin. It turned out to be gorgeous and I’m planning on purchasing another one this Christmas for my son. I just love it
I needed a rare part for my Sager 9860 notebook. I called other Sager resellers who flatly told me they could not sell me what I needed.
